My hope is in the starsAs I fall through my darkness I look back upon what I used to be, but as it gets darker my memories seem to fade. Falling faster in my darkness her light fades away. Leaving me with nothing. No hope, no joy. Only my empty darkness surrounds me. Keeping me company, toying with me. Telling me there is hope, another light. Should I believe my darkness, or is it trying to lead me further into purgatory? Yes, I think I shall. I fly faster, willing myself to go further into my darkness. Yet there is no end to this pool of night. Not knowing what way im facing, I press on. Because in my heart, I know that even night has stars. All I need to do is opMy hope is in the stars
